摘要
采用文献学等方法,以寻找抗疲劳防治亚健康方剂为中心,以补益养生方剂为切入点,从近百本中医古籍、10万余首方剂中筛选出1079首方剂,对其按气、血、阴、阳及五脏进行了分类,每类又分为首选方及次选方。从气、血、阴、阳角度观察,补气、补阳为抗疲劳防治亚健康的主要途径;从五脏角度看,培补先后天之本为抗疲劳防治亚健康的主要途径。
Through philological method, aiming at finding out the prescriptions with effect of preventing and treating sub -health through anti -fatigue, based on the prescriptions with tonifying effect, 1079 prescriptions were selected from more than 100000 prescriptions in nearly a hundred ancient Chinese medical works. These prescriptions were categorized according to Qi, blood, Yin, Yang and the five Zang - visceral, and every category was classified into principal and secondary ones. Nourishing Qi and tonifying yang are the main methods to prevent and treat sub - health through anti - fatigue from the aspect of Qi, blood, Yin and Yang, while tonifying the acquired constitution is the main method from the aspect of the five Zang - visceral.
