摘要
目的:建立桂附地黄丸中桂皮醛的含量测定方法,用于建立桂附地黄丸的质量标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱(250mm×4mm,5μL);流动相为甲醇-水(45∶55);流速1.0mL/m in;柱温40℃;检测波长:288nm。结果:桂皮醛线性范围为0.018~0.180μg(r=0.9997);平均回收率96.64%,RSD为1.68。结论:该方法准确,可靠,重复性好,为桂附地黄丸的质量控制提供依据。
Objective :To Determine the content of Cinnamic aldehyde in Guifu Dihuang Pill by HPLC, and to establish the quality standard ofGuifu Dihuang pill. Methods: HPLC method was E. Merck LiChrospher 100RP - 18 column (250mm × 4mm ,5 μL). The mobile phase consisted of methanol : water(45:55 ). The flow rate was 1.0mL/min, column temperature was 40℃, and the detection wavelength was 288nm. Results: hesperidin was linear at the 0. 018 - 0. 180μg ( r = 0. 9997), the mean recovery was 96.64%, and RSD was 1.68 %. Conclusion : This method is effective and reproducible and provides a basis for the quality control of Guifu Dihuang pill.
