Determina of Cinnamic Aldehyde Content in Guifu Dihuang Pill by HPLC

目的：建立桂附地黄丸中桂皮醛的含量测定方法,用于建立桂附地黄丸的质量标准。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱（250mm×4mm,5μL）;流动相为甲醇-水（45∶55）;流速1.0mL/m in;柱温40℃;检测波长：288nm。结果：桂皮醛线性范围为0.018~0.180μg（r=0.9997）;平均回收率96.64%,RSD为1.68。结论：该方法准确,可靠,重复性好,为桂附地黄丸的质量控制提供依据。

Objective ：To Determine the content of Cinnamic aldehyde in Guifu Dihuang Pill by HPLC, and to establish the quality standard ofGuifu Dihuang pill. Methods： HPLC method was E. Merck LiChrospher 100RP - 18 column （250mm × 4mm ,5 μL）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol ： water（45：55 ）. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min, column temperature was 40℃, and the detection wavelength was 288nm. Results： hesperidin was linear at the 0. 018 - 0. 180μg （ r = 0. 9997）, the mean recovery was 96.64%, and RSD was 1.68 %. Conclusion ： This method is effective and reproducible and provides a basis for the quality control of Guifu Dihuang pill.
