中药内服外用治疗骨性关节炎380例疗效观察

Clinical Report of 380 Cases OA Treat with Traditional Chinese Medicine Oral Administration and eExternal Application

目的:研究中医方法治疗骨性关节炎,提高患者的生活质量,减少疼痛与畸形发生。方法:通过总结、分析2000年6月-2006年6月本院采用中药方法治疗骨性关节炎380例,方法均以口服本院自制止骨增生丸,外敷止痛敷药(本院研制),配以中药熏洗进行康复治疗。结果:所有患者均门诊治疗,380例中优200例,良134例,差46例。结论:采用中药口服后多病人的自我感觉症状减轻。疗效满意,可最大限度的提高患者的生活质量。

Objective ： research traditional Chinese method in OA treatment in reduce pain and lopsided for increase life quality. Methods ： review the 380 cases OA treatment with traditional Chinese method from June 2000 to June 2006. All the cases with Zhigu Zengsheng pill oral administration and zhi tong fu yao external applieation, the two Chinese medicine is made by our hospital. Results ： All the cases are outdoor patients . 200 of them are excellent, 134 of them are fine ,46 of them are poor, Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese method with zhi gu zeng sheng pill oral administration and zhi tong fu yao external application reduce pain and lopsided for increase life quality.
