浅析证券承销商声誉对其评估行为的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用行为金融学的相关成果,以数学模型来研究承销商根据过去评估企业价值的成败经历来推断现在的声誉水平,以期探讨这种心理和行为对于其预期业绩的影响机制。
