摘要
目的为食品企业开发产品、组织生产、开拓市场及为政府监督部门的抽捡提供依据。方法根据企业的生产工艺流程和产品的特点,按照标准化工作守则进行编制企业标准。结果为食品企业制定一份包括资料概述要素、规范性一般要素、规范性技术要素、资料性补充要素等内容全面的企业标准框架。结论可以为制定企业产品标准提供一个蓝本。
[Objective]To provide evidence for the development, production, marketing and sample detection of the food enterprises. [Methods] Enterprise standard was established according to the standardized work principles and based on the production procedures and product features. [ Results] A comprehensive standard framework was established for the food enterprises including data summarizing elements, standardized common elements, standardized technological elements, data supplement elements and so on. [ Conclusion] It can provide a blueprint for the establishment of enterprise product standardization.
