摘要
目的观察滑石粉行胸膜粘连术的临床效果、不良反应及并发症。方法46例恶性胸腔积液患者均采用胸腔闭式引流术,注入滑石粉、利多卡因。结果滑石粉行胸膜粘连术治疗恶性胸腔积液总有效率为93.5%,其中完全缓解28例(60.9%),部分缓解15例(32.6%)。胸痛和发热为主要不良反应,并发症少见。结论滑石粉行胸膜粘连术治疗恶性胸腔积液,疗效好,安全性高。
[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical effects, adverse reactions or complications in the pleural adhesion operations with talcum powder. [ Methods] Closed thoracic drainage was conducted on 46 cases of malignant pleural effusion; talcum powder and lidocaine were infused into the thoracic cavity. [ Results] The total effective rate was 93.5%, among which 28 cases （ 60.9% ）were totally alleviated andl5 cases （ 32.6%） were partially alleviated ; pectoralgia and fever were the main adverse reactions, but complications were very rare. [ Conclusion] Using talcum powder in the pleural adhesion operations to treat malignant pleural effusion is quite effective and safe.
