伴中央颞区棘波儿童良性癫癎与认知功能障碍研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 1958年Nayrac和Beaussart首先报道伴中央颞区棘波的儿童良性癫痫（BECT），又称罗兰多（Rolando）区棘波儿童良性癫痫（benign childhood epilepsy with Rolandic spikes）或良性罗兰多癫痫（benign Rolandic epilepsy）或外侧裂发作（Sylvian seizure），患病率为1：1000。1989年ILAE公布诊断标准：临床方面为短暂、单次、部分性发作，以一侧面部运动发作为主，
