Result of Organic Toxicants Detection in the Air of Workshops in Kunshan City in 2006

目的了解昆山市电子、五金、电镀等企业车间空气中有机毒物污染现状,为监督执法部门提供科学依据。方法根据中华人民共和国国家标准,对该市的395家接触正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丁酮7种有机物的企业车间空气进行采样检测。结果正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、丁酮检出率分别为92.01%、68.78%、79.00%、66.94%、74.60%、52.04%、51.31%,超标率分别为10.27%、0、4.44%、2.08%、1.76%、0、0。结论昆山市企业工作场所有机物污染状况不容乐观,特别是正己烷,应加强对该类企业的监督监测工作。

[ Objective ] To understand the current status of organic toxicants contamination in the air of the electron, hardware and electroplate workshops and provide scientific evidence for the supervision departments. [ Methods ] Air samples were collected from 395 workshops in Kunshan to detect 7 organic toxicants, namely, hexane, benzene, toluene, exylene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate and butanone. [Results] The detection rates of the 7 organic toxicants were 92.01%, 68.78%, 79.0%, 66.94%, 74.60%, 52.04% and 51.31% respectively, the standard exceeding rates of them were 10.27%, 0%, 4.44%, 2.08%, 1.76%, 0% and 0% respectively. [ Conclusion] The current status of organic toxicants contamination, especially hexane contamination, is not satisfactory; supervision and surveillance should be strengthened in the enterprises.
