摘要
目的探讨轮胎生产行业存在的职业病危害因素,并对其职业病防护措施的可行性进行分析。方法采用预先危害性分析和现场卫生学调查的方法,对某轮胎生产企业进行职业病危害及其控制要点进行分析和探讨。结果该建设项目工作场所存在着粉尘、汽油、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素,其粉尘测定结果均符合国家职业卫生标准要求;汽油钢丝圈成型涂三角胶条岗位汽油短时间接触浓度超标;密炼工种噪声、高温接触水平较高。结论由于炼胶和硫化烟气中化学成分的复杂和不确定性,应密切关注轮胎制造行业的职业卫生问题。
[ Objective ] To explore the occupational hazardous factors involved in the tyre manufacturing industry, and analyze the feasibility of protective devices related to the occupational hazardous factors. [ Methods] The occupational hazardous factors and main protective measures in a tyre manufacturing enterprise were analyzed and investigated by analyzing the project documentation, carrying out field investigation, detection, and laboratory analysis. [ Results ] The occupational hazardous factors including dust, gasoline, noise and high temperature existed in the workshops of the tyre manufacture enterprise; the concentration of dust were all under the threshold of the National Occupational Standard; while the short-term exposure level of gasoline was higher than that of the STEL; exposure levels of noise and high temperature in the smelting procedure were relatively high. [ Conclusion] In view of the complexity and uncertainty of chemical compositions during the procedure of rubber-refining and sulfurization, the occupational health issues in the tyre manufacturing industry ought to be paid with close attention.
