高岭石/N-甲基甲酰胺插层复合物的制备 被引量:1

摘要 室温下,通过磁力搅拌制备高岭石/N-甲基甲酰胺(NMF)插层复合物.用XRD、FT-IR、TG-DSC分析插层前后特征基团和结构的变化.结果表明:NMF有机分子进入高岭石层间,在连续搅拌24 h后插层率为92%,层间距由0.71 nm膨胀为1.07 nm,随着反应时间的延长,插层率下降,但是其结构的有序度提高;插层后3696 cm-1、3668 cm-1、3651 cm-1处峰强度变弱,3619 cm-1基本不变,在1638 cm-1和3553 cm-1处出现新的吸收峰;TG-DSC分析表明在145℃左右有机分子分解,512℃左右失去结构水,1000℃左右出现相转变. Kaolinite/NMF intercalation compound were prepared by magnetic stirring at room temperature. The change of characteristic groups and structure with intercalation and without interca- lation were analyzed by the XRD,FTIR and TG-DSC. The results show that NMF get into the kaolinite layer, the intercalated rate is up to 92% and the layer space increased from 0.71 nm to 1.07 nm under stir for 24 h. As the time was extended, the intercalated rate decreased , but the order of crystallization increased. The intensity of OH stretching vibrations at 3 696 cm^-1,3 668 cm^-1 and 3 651cm^-1 were decreased but the intensity at 3 619 cm was not affected by intercalation. And there were new absorption peak at 1 638 cm^-1 and 3 553 cm^-1. TG-DSC show that NMF molecule decomposed from the interlamellar space of kaolinite at 145℃ , the dehydroxylation of kaolinite took place between 400 ℃ and 600℃ and there was phase transformation at 1 000℃.
