摘要
结合小波变换与分形编码技术,提出了一种基于小波变换的分形图像混合编码算法.通过实验比较,该算法在图像编码时间和压缩比方面均取得了良好的效果.
A mixed image coding algorithm is presented by combining the wavelet transform and fractal coding technology effectually. The experiment results show that the method is highly efficient, especially in the aspects of decreasing coding time and improving compression rate.
