摘要 自从第一次应用于乳腺癌的诊断以来,红外热成像技术已广泛应用于医学诊断,人们也越来越关注这项技术的发展。医用红外热像技术是一种记录人体热场的影像装置,与X-CT、磁共振、B超等以检查组织形态结构为主的医学影像技术相比,具有不可替代的互补作用,是现代医学影像的一个崭新分支。本文主要介绍了红外热成像技术在医学领域的应用,阐述了其发展概况及其应用原理,并概要地介绍了其临床应用的进展。 Since the thermal imaging technology was firstly used in the detection of breast cancers, it has been widely used in medical diagnosis and more and more attention has also been paid to the technology. The medical infrared thermal imaging is an imaging equipment for recording the thermal field of a huaman body. By comparison with the X-CT, MRI, B-ultrasound Wave and so on, it has its unsubstitutable complementary function. It is a new branch of the modern medical imaging. In this paper, the application of the infrared thermal imaging technology in the field of medical treatment is mainly presented, the status and application principle of the infrared thermal imaging technology ave expounded and the advances in its clinical application are summarized.
