摘要
齿槽转矩是引起低速永磁同步电机振动、噪声甚至影响其安全运行的主要因素。本文在分析齿槽转矩表达式的基础上,研究分析了削弱低速永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的几种不同设计措施,并以一台低速永磁同步电机样机为例,应用有限元法计算了几种不同设计措施对电机齿槽转矩的影响,进行了计算比较,从而为该种电机的设计提供了可以借鉴的理论依据。
The cogging torque is the main factor that causes vibration and noise of low-speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine (PMSM) and even influences safe operation of it. After analyzing the expression of cogging torque, some different measures of reducing the cogging torque of low-speed PMSM is studied. This paper takes low-speed PMSM as example to calculate and compare several different design techniques for reducing the cogging torque by finite-element methods, thus offers theoretic reference for designing this kind of motors.
