摘要
目的:了解大连市社区卫生服务人力资源现状。方法:采取问卷普查的方法,拟定统一调查表,下发各个社区卫生服务中心(站)填写上报。结果:西医师与中医师的学历和职称层次相对较高;护士和防保医师的学历及职称层次相对较低;医护比例不合理,护士所占比例偏小;性别比例失衡;培训状况取得了一定进展,但仍存在问题。结论:加强社区卫生人力全科医学服务意识,战略和战术相结合,提高社区卫生人力综合能力,建设高素质型社区卫生服务队伍。
This paper is to make a knowledge about community health human resource in Dalian. Uniform questionnaires were sent to community health centers, then collected for analysis. As a result, degree of Western medicine doctors were higher than China traditional doctors; the degree and school age were lower for nurses and preventive doctors; there was an rots- proportion in gender; it was problematic with training though progressing. As a conclusion, it should further strengthen the serving consciousness, increase the comprehensive ability and build up high level stuff for community health.
