夫妻施暴者躯体虐待行为与父母养育方式的相关性研究

The relationship between the perpetraters＇ physical abuse behavior in couple violent and their parental nurturing styies

目的探讨父母养育方式对夫妻暴力中男性施暴者躯体虐待行为的影响。方法采用父母养育方式评价量表（EMBU）进行病例对照研究。结果研究组与对照组比较，有较低的教育水平和较多的嗜烟者；父亲养育方式的惩罚、严厉（FE2），过分干涉（FE3），拒绝、否认（FE5）和过度保护（FE6）4个因子[分别为（17．60±4．85）分，（21．42±5．50）分，（8．43±2．74）分，（11．19±3．34）分]与对照组[（分别为（15．43±5．73）分，（19．48±5．54）分，（7．24±2．89）分，（9．90±3．16）分]比较，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）；Logistic回归分析依次进入方程的是受试者的教育程度和其父亲拒绝、否认的养育方式。结论夫妻暴力中男性施暴者躯体虐待行为与其教育程度和父亲不适当的养育方式有关。

Objective To explore the effect of parents＇ nurturing styles on the male perpetraters＇ physical abuse behavior in couple violent. Methods The case-control association study was used. 156 male samples who had physical abuse behavior to their wives were tested by the demographic data and EMBU, were compared with those of 44 normal paired controls derived from the community sample. Results The data showed that the years of school education of the study group were significantly lower than that of the normal control group, while the former had more smokers than the latter . The score of FE2, FE3, FESand FE6 of EMBU of the study group （ 17.60 ± 4.85,21.42 ± 5.50,8.43 ± 2.74 and l 1.19 ± 3.34, respectively） were statistically higher than those of the normal control group（ 15.43 ± 5.73,19.48 ± 5.54,7.24 ± 2.89 and 9.90 ± 3.16, respectively） （ P 〈0.05 ）. Binary Logistic Regression on the male perpetraters＇ physical abuse behavior showed that the educational level and the rejection and denial of fathers in EMBU were entered. Conclusion The male perpetraters＇ physical abuse behavior in couple violent were related to their educational level and the inadequacy nurturing styles in childhood.
