重庆三峡库区农业保险与生态农业现状及协调发展路径

Current Condition and Harmonious Development between Agricultural Insurance and Ecological Agriculture in Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Chongqing

由于库区农业保险和生态农业的发展现状及相互依赖性,农业的根本弱质性等因素的共同作用,严重制约着二者的协调发展。探究该区资源环境极其突出的情况下二者持续协调发展的发展路径,应大力推进农业产业化进程,强化政府的财政支持和政策倾斜,加强相关部门的沟通与合作,加强农业生态和农业保险的立法。

The development of agricultural insurance and ecological agriculture in Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Chongqing was severely restricted by some competitive comprehensive functions by the current condition and interdependence between the two as well as the fundamental weakness of agriculture. To find the solution of harmonious development of agricultural insurance and ecological agriculture under serious resource and environment circumstances, we should promote the development of industrialization of agriculture, strengthen the adoption of government＇s financial support and preferential policies as well as the corresponding legislation, enhance the communication and cooperation among relative departments.
