Therapeutic effects of Nd:YAG laser in treatment of spider moles

目的:观察Nd:YAG激光治疗蜘蛛痣的疗效。方法:对痣体进行插入,对蜘蛛脚进行准接触照射。结果:经1年随访,无1例复发,治愈率100%。结论:操作简单,病人痛苦小,愈后不复发,不留瘢痕,是治疗蜘蛛痣的一种较为理想的方法,值得推广使用。

Objectives： To study the therapeutic effects of Nd： YAG laser in treatment of spider moles. Methods： To insert in body of mole, to ready contact illuminate in feet of spider moles. Results：The rate of cure was 100 percent at 1 - year follow - up without recurrence. Conclusions：This technique was proved to be effective without recurrence and without scar, easy to conduct. The pain caused by the technique was slight. The technique was an ideal method and should be introduced to more doctors.
