摘要
针对三明治金刚石锯片基体材料的特点,采用Rofin DC025板条CO2激光切割系统,深入研究Φ350mm锯片基体切割工艺,分析了激光功率、切割速度、辅助气体等因素对切口质量的影响,获得了一套优化的切割工艺参数。结果表明;与普通钢相比,三明治材料的激光切割需要更高的功率、气体压力、较小的速度。
Aiming at the characteristics of sandwich diamond saw blades, the cutting technology of Ф350mm saw blades has been deeply studied by using Rofin DC025 slab CO2 laser cutting system in the paper. The influence of laser power, laser speed, assistant gas on laser cutting quality is analyzed. The best technique parameters are obtained. The results show that laser cutting of sandwich material need higher power, gas pressure, lower speed than common steel.
