摘要
目的:研究高强度聚焦超声治疗对肝癌患者生存期的影响。方法:应用高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗系统治疗肝癌患者48例,术后随访了解生存情况。结果:治疗后中位生存期10个月,平均生存期(11.8±6.9)个月,患者的生存期明显延长(P(O.05)。结论:高强度聚焦超声治疗是延长肝癌患者的生存时间的一种有效方法。
Objective： To study the effects of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU）on life - span of patients with hepatic cancer. Methods： The tumour treating system with high intensity focused ultrasound hod been applied to 48 cases. After treatment, follow- up was made in these cases. Results： The overall median survival time was 10 months. Average survival period was （ 11.8 ± 6. 9） months. After receiving HIFU treatment patients hod extended life - span （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： High intensity focused ultrasound is an effective method to prolong the life of patients with hver cancer.
