摘要
以铁十字海棠叶片作为外植体,通过诱导与分化、生根和壮苗等组织培养获得大量铁十字海棠的幼苗。其再生体系过程外植体诱导愈伤组织率达到84.1%以上,且愈伤组织易于分化,经生根和壮苗处理后得到大量植株,单个组织块的愈伤组织平均可以增值20倍以上,最高可分化出30株幼苗。试验结果按最佳处理计算,繁殖系数为20.0(以120 d为一个周期)。一片成熟叶片年理论增殖倍数可达5.76×107,能够在短期内达到大量增殖的目的,实现苗木循环增长的产业模式,同时还对铁十字海棠产业化效益模式进行了分析和探讨。
The results show that a large number of Begonia masoniuna Irmscher plantlets is gained from induction, differentiation, rooting and cultuativation of leaf explants, the callus rate induced from leaf explants in the regeneration process is over 84.1 %, and 30 plantlets can be differentiated from a single callus. The tissue culture technique can produce 5.76 ×10^7 plantlets from a single mature leaf per year in theory, which may realize the industrial model of seedling circulatory increase. The paper analyzes and discusses the benefit model of Begonia masoniuna Irmscher industrialization at the same time.
