八珍汤对慢性肾衰竭患者促红素抵抗的影响

The Influence of Bazhen Decoction in Resistance of Erythropoietin Using to Therapy Micro-inflammatory State in Chronic Renal Failure with Deficiency of Both QI and Blood

目的:观察中药八珍汤对存在促红素抵抗的气血两虚型慢性肾功能衰竭患者微炎症状态的影响。方法:将所观察的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服八珍汤;同时选取20名健康成人作为正常对照组。结果:所有患者治疗前hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6均高于正常对照组(P<0.01);治疗1个月后,治疗组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6、血肌酐(CREA)、尿素氮(BUN)明显降低,同时血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比积(Hct)、血清铁蛋白(SF)明显升高,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。提示:八珍汤加减能改善气血两虚型慢性肾功能衰竭患者微炎症状态,减少促红素抵抗,且能发挥中药本身提升血红蛋白的作用。

Objective ：To observe the influence of Bazhen decoction in resistance of erythropoietin using to therapy micro - in- flammatory state in chronic renal failure with deficiency of both QI and blood. Methods ： 60 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were selected for this study, the patients were divided into two groups randomly. 30 cases of therapy group were provided Bazhen decoction, and the control group did not,all patients were provided routine therapy. Results ： Concentration of hs - CRP, TNF -α,IL- 6 in all patients before therapy were significantly increased than normal group. After a month of therapy, Concentra- tion of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL- 6, CREA, BUN in therapy were decreased, and hemoglobin（ Hb）, hematocrit （Hct）, serum ferritin（SF） were increased, contrasted to control group, there was a significant difference. Conclusion ： Bazhen decoction can improve the micro - inflananatory state in chronic renal failure with deficiency of both QI and blood. And decrease resistance of erythropoietin, increase the content of hemoglobin.
