中药辨证分型内服结合灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕92例

Treating Infertility Due to Fallopian Tobe Obstruction in 92 Cases Through Chinese Herbs by Syndrome Differiential and Classification Combining Oral Admininstration with Enema

目的:观察辨证分型中药内服与灌肠,治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法:92例输卵管阻塞性不孕患者随机分为治疗组(69例)和对照组(23例),治疗组采用辨证分型中药内服配合灌肠治疗,对照组采用常规输卵管通液治疗,疗程1年。结果:治疗组的治愈率58%,对照组治愈率为30.4%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05),即治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中药辨证分型内服结合灌肠治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕可以有效提高疗效。

Objective ：To observe the clinic therapeutic efficacy of the treatment about infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction in 92 cases through Chinese herbs by syndrome differential and classification combining oral admininstration with enema. Method ： 92 patients of infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction were randomly divided into treating group （60 patients） and control group（20 patients）. The treating group was treated by syndrome differential and classification combining oral admininstration with enema, the control group was treated by routine hydrotubation, with a coure of one year. Result ： The cure rate of the treating group was 58% and which of the control group was 30.4% ,the difference was remarkable（ P 〈0.05 ） ,it was also meant the therapeutic efficacy of the treating group was obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion ： Treating infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction through Chinese herbs by syndrome differential and classification combining oral admininstration with enema can validly improve the therapeutic efficacy.
