芒果苷单钠盐的制备及其与芒果苷的药效比较

Preparation of mengiferin monosodium salt and comparison in pharmacological effects with mengiferin

目的制备芒果苷单钠盐,并与芒果苷的药效进行比较。方法芒果苷与NaHCO3反应制备芒果苷单钠盐,用ESI-MS及元素分析对其结构进行表征,并比较其镇咳、祛痰和抗炎的作用。结果芒果苷单钠盐的镇咳、化痰和抗炎作用比芒果苷强。结论本合成方法简单可行,收率高。芒果苷单钠盐有望开发成呼吸系统药物。

OBJECTIVE To prepare mengiferin monosodium salt and compare its pharmacological effects with mengiferin. METH- ODS Mangoferin monosodium salt was prepared by a reaction of mengiferin and NaHCO3. Its structure was characterized by ESI - MS spectra and elemental analysis. Its pharmacological effects was compared with mengiferin. RESULTS Mengiferin monosodium salt was first prepared, its pharmacological effects was better than mengiferin in anticough, antiexpectorant and antiinflammation effects. CONCLUSION The synthetic route is practical with high yield. Mengiferin monosodium salt is expected to developas a potential drug for respiratory tract.
