GC-MS测定白背叶中的挥发油

Analysis of volatile oil of Mallotus apelta by GC-MS

目的分析白背叶挥发油的化学成分并用归一化法测定各成分的质量分数。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白背叶中的挥发油。用GC-MS法鉴定其化学成分。结果共鉴定了41个成分,占挥发油总成分的90%以上。结论白背叶挥发油的主成分为橙花叔醇、1,6-辛二烯-3-醇、冰片基胺、己二酸二异辛酯和2,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical components of volatile oil of Mallotus apelta. METHODS The volatile oil was obtained from Mallotus apelta by steam distillation. The separated components were identified by GC - MS. The amount of the components from the volatile oil were determined by area normalization method. RESULTS Composed of the total volatile oil over 90% , 41 components were separated and identified. CONCLUSION The main components of volatile oil of Mallotus apelta were composed of nerolidol, 1,6 - octadien - 3 - ol, bornylamine, diisooctyl adipate, 2,7 - dimethyl - 1,6 - octadiene.
