黄连花薹提取液的降血脂作用

目的研究黄连花薹提取液对高脂血症大鼠血脂的影响。方法采用高脂饲料致大鼠高脂血症模型,研究黄连花薹提取液对血脂的影响。结果黄连花薹提取液可使高脂血症大鼠的TC、TG、LDL-C水平降低(P<0.01),HDL-C升高(P<0.01),并有效降低动脉硬化指数TC/HDL-C和LDL-C/HDL-C,降低腹腔脂肪和肝脏粗脂肪重量(P<0.05)。结论黄连花薹提取液具有显著降低高脂血症大鼠血脂的作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the antilipidemic effect of the extraction solution from Coptis chinensis Franch. flower （FCC） extract on hyperlipidemic mouse. METHODS Hyperlipedemic animal models induced by high - fat feed were employed to investigate the antilipidemic effect of FCC extract. RESULTS FCC extract could reduce the level of TC, TG and LDL - C （P 〈0. 01 ）, increase the level of HDL- C （P 〈 0.01 ） , and could decrease the arteriosclerotic index TC/HDL - C and LDL - C/HDL - C . It could also decrease the content of celiac fat and liver crude fat （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION The serum lipid level of hyperlipedemic mouse could be decreased significantly by extract of FCC.
