HPLC测定郁金类药材中的吉马酮和莪术二酮

Determination of germacrone and curdione in Radix Curcumae by HPLC

目的测定郁金类药材中的吉马酮、莪术二酮。方法采用HPLC法，色谱柱为C18柱，提取溶剂为甲醇，流动相为乙腈-水（75-25），流速0．8ml·min^-1，检测波长244nm。结果加样回收率95％～105％，RSD分别为1．34％、1．87％（n=5）。结论所建方法简便、准确，为郁金类中药材吉马酮、莪术二酮的测定提供了参考依据。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of germacrone and curdione in Radix Curcumae by HPLC. METHODS C18 kromasil was the chromatographic column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile and water（75 ： 25 ）with a flow rate of 0. 8 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was set at 244 nm. RESULTS The recovery of germacrone and curdione was 95% - 105%. RSD was 1.34%, 1.87% （ n = 5 ） respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable and it can be used for the content determination and the quality control of Radix Curcumae.
