RP-HPLC测定藏药色吉美朵中的波棱酮

Determination of herpetrione in Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall.by RP-HPLC

目的采用HPLC法分离和测定藏药色吉美朵中的波棱酮。方法采用Luna C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0．1％的醋酸水溶液（18：18：64），检测波长230nm。结果波棱酮的线性范围0．26—2．67μg（r=0．9997），回收率为101．24％，RSD=1．3％。结论所建方法准确、快速、简便，可用于藏药色吉美朵中波棱酮的测定。

OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for separation and determination of herpetrione in Herpetospermum caudigerum Wall. METHODS Phenomenex Luna C18 column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used with a mobile phase of methanol, acetonitrile and 0. 1% acetic acid （ 18 ： 18 ： 64） and UV detector at 230 nm. RESULTS The linear range of herpetrione was 0. 26 - 2. 67 μg （ r = 0. 9997 ）. The recovery rate was 101.24 % , RSD = 1.3 %. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, rapid, and simple for determination of herpetrione in H. caudigerum Wall.
