摘要
目的测定消渴喘糖浆中的总黄酮。方法采用差示分光光度法，在420nm下样品不经分离直接测定。结果线性范围2～20μg·ml^-1，回归方程为：△A=0．0376C＋0．0514（r=0．9998），平均回收率为100．02％，RSD=1．19％。结论所建方法快速、简便、准确，适用于消渴喘糖浆的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine total flavonoids in Xiaokechuan syrup and provide the method of quality control. METHODS Differential spectrophotometry was applied without prior separation. RESULTS The corresponding average recovery and the relative standard deviation of flavonoids were 100. 02% and 1.19% , respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple, quick and accurate.
