摘要
目的测定安神补心丸中的五味子醇甲、酯甲、甲素、乙素和丹参酮ⅡA。方法样品用超声提取,采用RP—HPLC法直接测定,用十八烷基键合相,乙腈-水-冰醋酸(60:40:0.1)为流动相,流速1ml·min^-1,检测波长220nm。结果五昧子醇甲、酯甲、甲素、乙素和丹参酮ⅡA分别在0.0006~0.1230μg(r=0.9999)、0.0013~0.2550μg(r=0.9998)、0.0017~0.3391μg(r=0.9997)、0.0026~0.5260μg(r=0.9999)、0.0020~0.4000μg(r=0.9999)与峰面积具有良好线性关系。平均加样回收率分别为97.3%、98.8%、101.1%、98.1%和100.2%。RSD(n=5)分别为3.1%、2.2%、3.7%、3.2%和2.0%。方法用于安神补心丸中五味子醇甲、酯甲、甲素、乙素和丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定,RSD(n=5)分别为1.1%~3.7%、1.7%~3.8%、2.8%-4.8%、3.1%~4.4%和1.8%~3.1%。结论所建方法灵敏度高,准确,简便快速。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method to determine the content of schizandrol, schisantherin,deoxyschizandrin,γ- schisandrin and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Anshen Buxin pills. METHODS The samples were extracted with methanol by ultrasonic wave and then filteration. The determination was performed by HPLC on Shim - pack VP - ODS C18 column using acetonitrile - water - acetic acid glacial(60 : 40 : 0. 1 ) as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 220 nm. RESULTS The linear range of schizandrol, schisantherin, deoxyschizandrin, γ - schisandrin and tanshinone ⅡA were 0. 0006 - 0. 1230 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ), 0. 0013 -0. 2550 μg (r = 0. 9998 ) ,0. 0017 -0. 3391 μg (r = 0. 9997 ), 0. 0026 -0. 5260 μg (r = 0. 9999 ) and 0. 0020 - 0. 4000 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ), respectively. The average recoveries of five components were 97.3% , 98.8% , 101. 1% , 98. 1% and 100. 2%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate,quick, sensitive.
