摘要
针对HK-250钻机旋转接头泥浆跑漏和主轴偏离中心线问题,从分析HK-250钻机旋转接头内部结构入手,查找造成泥浆跑漏和主轴偏离中心线的原因,进而提出改进措施,将DD-14OB钻机的旋转接头改装在HK-250钻机上。改进后的旋转接头在施工中发挥了更好的作用,既避免了泥浆跑漏,也解决了因旋转接头带来的控向不精确问题。
Through analyzing interior structure of the rotating joint of HK-250 drilling machine, the causes of mud leakage and main shaft departure from center line were investigated, and the improvement measure was provided that is replacing the rotating joint of HK-250 by the rotating joint of DD-14OB drilling machine. The improved rotating joint has a better performance. It avoids mud leakage and solves the problem of imprecise drilling direction control induced by rotating joint.
