摘要
长输管道穿越河流或水网沼泽等地下水位较高地段,必须采取浮力控制措施。在泰国Wang Noi-Kaeng Khoi天然气管道工程中,采用了一项浮力控制新技术,即螺形地锚浮力控制技术。文章介绍了该技术的原理、特点、施工工艺流程。实践证明,与传统的混凝土压块浮力控制方法相比,采用螺形地锚浮力控制技术可使安装速度提高50%,成本降低53%。该技术解决了传统混凝土压块制作周期长、运输量大、安装困难等难题,是一项经济适用的管道施工新技术。
As a long distance pipeline crosses rivers or water network and swamp areas where water tables are higher, buoyancy control measures must be taken. In Wang Noi-Kaeng Khoi natural gas pipeline project in Tailand, a new technique of controlling buoyancy using spiral ground anchors was applied. This paper presents the principle, characteristics and construction process of the technique. The engineering practice proves that compared with traditional concrete blocks used for buoyancy control, the spiral anchors can increase construction speed by 50% and decrease cost by 53%. It is a new economical and feasible pipeline construction technique which overcomes some difficulties in using traditional concrete blocks, such as long fabricating time, large transportation volume and difficult installation.
