摘要
洛阳—驻马店成品油管道工程所经过的部分地段分布有大量的大型黄土冲沟,这些黄土冲沟地形复杂,地势陡峻,以往多采用人工斜井穿越施工,但该方法存在着施工效率低、安全性差等缺点。本项工程中首次采用单边定向钻进行斜井穿越施工,取得了良好的效果。单边定向钻具有施工效率高、安全可靠、坡度控制方便准确等优点。文章介绍了单边定向钻斜井穿越的施工方法及与传统方法的比较。
There are lots of large loess gullies distributed in partial regions where Luyang-Zhumadian product pipeline passes. The topography of the loess gullies is complex and steepy. In the construction of pipeline crossing these gullies, traditional artificial inclined well approach is often used and has some shortcomings such as low construction efficiency and safety. In Luoyang-Zhumadian product pipeline project, the inclined well was done by single sided directional drilling for the first time and achieved good effects of high construction efficiency and safety, easy and accurate slope control. In this paper the crossing construction method of inclined well done by single sided drilling is described and compared with the traditional method.
