摘要
西气东输金昌压气站动火连头施工属于一级动火施工,危险系数大,安全标准高,同时具有工期紧、连头管径大、参加施工单位多等特点,且如此大口径管道动火连头施工在我国尚属首次。文章介绍了本次动火连头施工流程、关键工序的改进以及应用QC管理进行风险识别、风险消减的具体做法,为今后类似大口径管道动火连头施工积累了宝贵的经验。
The pipe joint construction with fire work at Jinchang gas compression station of West to East Gas Pipeline belongs to First Grade fire work construction with the features of high danger coefficient, high safety standard, tight construction time, big pipe joint diameter and many companies participating in the construction. Furthermore, joint construction of such a large diameter pipeline is done for the first time in our country. This paper describes the improvements of construction process and key working procedures of joint construction with fire work at Jinchang gas compression station as well as the concrete implementation of risk identification, risk reduction and elimination by means of QC management, and provides valuable experience for similar joint constructions of large diameter pipelines with fire work.
