摘要
基于单相接地故障发生后暂态零序电流含有大量丰富的高次谐波成分的现象,利用各线路故障暂态时期零序电流中高次谐波的衰减速率作为新选线依据,并结合应用模糊信息融合原理,将此新方法与残流变化量比较法相结合提出了一种新的模糊综合选线判据,构造了形式简洁物理意义清晰的的故障隶属函数。进行动模实验检验,实验运行结果表明该判据选线正确,抗干扰能力强,是针对现有单相接地故障选线判据适应性较差、正确率不高的现状一种有效实用的综合选线判据。
If a single-phase fault occurs in a distribution system, both the faulted line and the healthy line all have high frequency transient component. A new scheme of line selection about earth fault diagnosis in the networks based on decaying high frequency component and residual current method with fuzzy information fusion is proposed. This methcd proposes more simple and concision subordinate function for integrate line selection. A sample selection platform has been built to test the method,and the operation results showed the new method's excellent disturbance-proof ability which is ideal for fault line selection.
