配电网运行经济性评价

Economic Evaluation of Distribution System Operation

随着电力市场的逐步形成,对电网运行经济性的重视程度与日俱增。针对配电网当前的情况,分析了对配电网进行经济性评价的必要性和评价的各种方法;建立配电网经济运行的指标体系,将D-S证据理论与层次分析法相结合确定指标权重;用模糊综合评价方法来分析配电网运行的经济性,并给出了评价步骤和算例分析。结果表明,配电网运行的经济性评价可以全面反映配网的运行情况,能为配电网的经济运行提出有价值的意见和建议。

With the development of the power market, the economic operation of the distribution system will take a very important role. In view of the problem of the distribution system, the necessity of the economic evaluation and the method of the evluation is analyzed in this paper. The index system is established based on layered and classified method. The weights of the indexes are allocated through combine the expert＇s opinion, used the AHP and the Dempster-Shafer theory. The economic of the distribution system opertion is evaluated which used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At last, the step of evaluation and the example is presented. The results of an example analysis indicate that the economical evaluation can reflect the operation situation and give the valuable suggestions for the economic operation distribution system.
