摘要 针对电石法氯乙烯的原料气——乙炔与氯化氢混合气脱水工艺中存在的技术缺陷提出:混合气的冷却温度在-14℃的基础上再降至-20℃以下,盐酸酸雾变为固相微粒,再用溶剂洗涤,使表面张力小的溶剂分子在氯化氢结晶水合物固体微粒表面铺展,微粒粒径增大,由溶剂液体捕集携带并脱离气流主体,达到混合气深度脱水的目的,溶剂可循环再生回用。 According to the technological defects existing in the dehydration process of raw materials for the production of vinyl chloride by calcium carbide method,i, e. the mixed gas of acety- lene and hydrogen chloride,it was proposed that conering the temperature of mixed gas from - 14℃ to less than 20℃ to make the hydrochloric acid mist change into fine solid particles,and then washing the partides with solvent to make the solvent molecules with small surface tension stretch on the solid particle surface of hydrated hydrogen chloride crystalline. With the increase of particle size,the particles were catched and carried by the solvent and separated from the main gas flow. So the aim of full dehydration of mixed gas was achieved,and the solvent could be recycled.
