The technological remoulding plans adopted by Ningxia Western Polyvinyl Chloride Co. ,Ltd. were introduced as well as the selection of polymerizer and the production situation after the implementation of the technological remoulding plans. Corresponding measures for the full of polymerizer were proposed.
