泸州老窖作为中国白酒的发源地之一,建设有机原粮基地是企业发展的重点,以打造传统固有的"有机饮品"。泸州老窖集团通过"企业+政府+公司基地+农户"的模式,以定单农业的运作方式,按照国家有机标准要求进行原粮基地建设。通过该基地的建设,实现政府税收增加、企业产值收益增加、农户收益增加的三赢局面。
