摘要
组织资源是一个组织实现其目标的必要支持因素,有着非常重要的价值,因此,对组织现象的考察,必须关注其资源的获取和使用情况。常规组织对待资源的基本态度和表现就是控制导向,它总是试图控制越来越多的资源。结果,在组织间造成了激烈的资源竞争,从而把组织拖入一种"控制困境"中去。在20世纪后期,组织理论家们以及经济学家们对组织的资源获取和使用作出了有益的探索,但是,他们的研究成果依然是关于常规组织的资源获取和使用方案。其实,任务型组织在对待资源的态度以及表现上,都与常规组织有着根本性的不同。
Organization resource is a necessary supporting factor that an organization realizes its goal and has important value. Therefore, to study the organization phenomena, it must pay attention to its gain and use of resource. The basic attittade and manifestation of the routine organization to the re- source was control-oriented and always tried to source competition between organizations was "control dilemma". In the late 20^th century, the control more and more resources. Then, the fierce recaused and the organization was pulled into a kind of organization theorist and economist had made useful explore into the gain and use of organization resource. But their findings were still about the gain and use project of routine organization. In fact, in the attitude and manifestation to resource the oriented-organization was different from that routine organization ultimately.
