提高女性主体意识 减少女性职务犯罪

Advance the Female Consciousness of Subject and Reduce the Female Duty Crime

女性主体意识是女性作为主体对自己在客观世界中的地位、作用和价值的自觉意识。由于女性主体意识的薄弱,导致职业女性在职务犯罪中被动型犯罪明显、为情所困犯罪突出、虚荣心强。这源于已经实现经济独立的职业女性,其女性主体意识具有传统意识与现代意识交互并存、表层认识与深层认识不一致的特点。提出要加强性别意识教育、提高女性自我认识、优化女性发展的社会环境的对策,通过提高女性主体意识来减少女性职务犯罪。

The female consciousness is a self consciousness of the position, function and valve of themselves as subject in the objective world. Because of the weak consciousness of subject, in the duty crime the passive crime of the professional women, the crime obsessed by emotion was very obvious and they had strong vanity. That was because that the professional women although realized the independ- ence of economy, whose female subject consciousness had traditional consciousness and modern consciousness, and their surface cognition was inconsistent with their deep cognition. The paper brought forward that it should strengthen the education of gender consciousness, improve the female self-consciousness, optimize the social environment of female development and reduce the female duty crime by advancing the female consciousness of subject.
