纯氧曝气装置在处理石化废水中的异常现象及处理

Abnormal phenomena and disposal of the pure oxygen aeration device in treating the petrochemical waste water

介绍了纯氧曝气装置在处理石化行业高浓度有机废水中的应用及运行特点,并分析了在运行过程中出现的浮渣过多、高温水冲击、终沉池泡沫、污泥膨胀等各种异常现象,提出了采取投加絮凝剂、调整出水落差、延长停留时间、降低装置负荷、投加消化污泥、分质处理等解决办法。

The application and operation characteristics of pure oxygen aeration device in treating high concentrated organic wastewater in petrochemical industry were introduced. Some abnormal phenomena occured in the operation process such as excessive residue,impact of high-temprature water, foam in final clarification pool, sludge bulking were analysed. For the above problems, solutions were provided, such as adding flocculating agent, adjusting effluent drop, prolonged residence time, reducing unit capacity, adding digestion sludge and separating treatment.
