摘要
分析了连续装置中切换单体过滤器时造成产品色相波动的问题,改进了切换方法,最终利用工艺线路的特点,选择了最佳的切换方法,保证了产品品质,产品色相波动由原来的0.8缩小为0.2。
In order to solve the product hue fluctuation problem caused by the monomer filter switch in PET continuous production plant, analysis was carried out and the switch method was improved. Finally, according to the process characteristics ,the optimum switch method was selected, the product quality was guaranteed, the product hue fluctuation was reduced from 0.8 to 0.2.
