Monitoring analysis of energy saving on industrial furnace

从监测工作的实际出发,对工业炉的4项节能监测指标,如排烟温度、过量空气系数、炉体外表面温度、热效率不合格的原因进行了详细分析,从而找出解决问题的方法,为企业提出切实可行的整改建议,通过整改提高了工业炉的热效率,降低了能耗。

According to the practical monitoring work, the unqualified cause of the industrial furnace four energysaving monitoring indexes （ including the exhaust gas temperature, excessive air coefficient, furnace external surface temperature and thermal efficiency）were analysed in detail. The methods to solve the problem were found. Feasible reform suggestions were propsed for the enterprise. After reformation ,the thermal efficiency of the industrial furnace was improved, the energy consumption was saved.
