针对氧化高压溶解器进料泵电机频繁出现轴承抱死故障,对其原因进行了分析研究,并提出了切实可行的解决方案,如拆除止逆器,缩短加油周期,将转子重新测绘修正偏差等。改造后基本消除了故障隐患,保证了装置的平稳运行。

According to the frequent bearing lock fault of feeding the causes were analysed, the operable solving schemes were put pump motor in oxidation high pressure dissolver, farward. The schemes included demolition of the backstop, shortening the refueling cycle, resurveying and mapping of the rotor and correction the errors. After modification the fault hidden dangers were eliminated, the smooth running of the plant was guaranteed.
