摘要以设计FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)为例,介绍FMEA在轮胎设计中的应用,包括设计FMEA的应用时机、分析流程、分析结果的记录和交流及其应用中需要注意的问题。FMEA除了关注和维护产品安全外,在识别改变需求、降低设计成本等方面有着积极作用,其尝试量化经验数据,有助于轮胎设计从经验化走向精密化。
