摘要
介绍了超声复合力场磁选机的结构、原理和分选过程,以及对某地钒钛磁铁矿的选别效果。结果表明,该磁选机是一种选别精度较高的磁选设备,在处理钒钛磁铁矿时,与同类型的普通磁选机相比,在回收率相近的情况下,精矿品位可提高1~2个百分点。
The structure, operating principle and separation process of the ultrasonic composite force field magnetic separator, as well as the mineral processing efficiency of the magnetic separator for separating a titanomagnetite containing vanadium were introduced. The test results showed that this kind of magnetic separator is a magnetic separation equipment with higher separating precision. Compared with like-type conventional magnetic separators, when it is used to treat titanomagnetite containing vanadium,under the circumstance of the recovery is similar,the grade of concentrate can be increased by 1% -2%.
