摘要
介绍了2007年我国稻米的产需情况,对稻米的种植、加工、流通、消费等现状进行分析,提出利用科技创新,深入推进稻米深加工,有效利用稻谷资源,加速米制食品工业化是稻米产业发展的趋势和方向。
The current status of supply and demand of rice in China during 2007 is introduced. The plantation, processing, circulation and consumption of rice are analyzed. The advices on the development trend and direction of rice industry are given from the innovation of science and technology, advancing the deep processing of rice, efficiently using the paddy resources and accelerating the exploiture of paddy eatable industry.
