摘要
论述了大豆异黄酮糖苷的不同水解方法,并对其原理、工艺路线和特点进行了比较,提出了水解大豆异黄酮糖苷的最好方法是酶水解法,是一种绿色无污染的技术。
The different hydrolysis methods of soybean isoflavone indican are discussed. The principle, technic parameters and technic characteristics of these methods are compared. It shows that the enzyme hydrolysis is the best method for soybean isoflavone indican hydrolyzation. It is a green, pollutionfree technique.
