摘要 目的综合评价AF椎弓根螺钉内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法回顾分析37例应用AF经椎弓根内固定系统治疗的胸腰椎骨折患者手术前后的临床体征、X线片和CT。结果37例患者椎体前缘高度由术前25%恢复至98%,椎体后缘(中柱)高度由术前60%恢复至97.0%,Cobb's角由术前平均21.6°恢复至术后9.0°。平均随诊18.5个月,瘫痪恢复按ASIA分级:A级中4例无变化,余33例均提高1—2级。结论AF椎弓根内固定系统能达到满意复位、椎管有效减压及坚强内固定,是一种治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法。 Aim To comprehensively evaluate the clinical results treating patients with thoracolumbar fractures by AF (arias fixation system). Method A total of 37cases with thoracolumbar fractures were reviewed . All patients were treated by AF operation and evaluated with clinical signs, X-ray and CT before and after operation. Result Of 37 cases, anterior height of compressed vertebral bodies was restored from 25% preoperatively to 98% postopemtively,pesterior height was from 60% to 97.0%. Cobb's angle was corrected from 21.6° preoperatively to 9.0° postoperatively. They were followed up for an average of 18.5 months . According to ASIA classification,4 patients who were at A grade had no change and others progressed 1 to 2 grade. Conclusion AF instrumentation can achieve anatomical reduction, decompression of spinal cord effectively and strong interior fixation . It is one of the best devices for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.
