摘要
对几种常用膨胀节设计标准在适用范围、应力评定、失稳校核和疲劳寿命计算等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:EJMA应用范围最广;EN 13445和ASME对U形膨胀节的形状尺寸要求最详细;在计算压力引起的周向薄膜应力时,EN 13445将波纹管段分为端部和中间段两个部分考虑,比较合理。对于稳定性计算,GB 16749只考虑了平面失稳。对于疲劳寿命计算,EN 13445对于成形态材料和退火状态的波纹管给出了不同的计算公式,而EJ- MA、GB/T 12777和GB 16749只适用于未经热处理的材料。
Several standards for the design of expansion joint were compared in terms of application scope, stress evaluation, buckling check and fatigue life calculation. It is found that EJMA has the most wide application scope, EN 13445 and ASME provide the most detailed structures and dimensions for U -shaped bellows. For the calculation of hoop stress under pressure, EN 13445 divide the bellow into two pans, i.e. the end part and middle part. For the buckling calculation, GB 16749 only considers the planar buckling. As for the fatigue life calculation, EN 13445 gives different formulas for the formed ( or un - annealed) material and annealed material, while EJMA, GB/T 12777 and GB 16749 are only applicable for the formed materials.
